Test Pattern & Selection Procedure

The company helps the clients across the world to meet their financial goals and overcome the challenges by providing a wide range of products like mutual funds, iShares. The company has more than 12,500 employees in 30+ countries.
The Black Rock Test-Pattern and Selection Pattern is as follows:
The company conducts recruitment process every year to select new candidates. The selection process of the company consists of 4 rounds. These rounds are as follows:
- Online Application form
- Written Exam
- Technical/HR Interview
- Assessment test
- 60 percent throughout (Class X , XII and Graduation).
- Education gap of not more than one year.
Pattern of Written Exam:

Time allotted for the written exam is 20 minutes. There is no negative marking.
- Aptitude section checks the reasoning skills of the candidates. The section consists of data interpretation and logical reasoning questions, diagrammatic reasoning, verbal reasoning. Questions are based on topics such as puzzles, graphs, charts, tables, etc. In general, the section’s difficulty level varies from easy to moderate.
- Assessment test will check the confidence level of the candidate. Questions are based on presentations.
Overall the level of exam is easy to moderate. Only those candidates who clear the written exam qualify for the next round.
