The company employs over 244,400 people all over the globe.  Deloitte presently has the highest market-share in auditing among the top 500 Indian companies. Deloitte provides audit, tax, consulting, enterprise risk and financial advisory services.

Test Description:

The Deloitte selection procedure consists of three rounds as follows:

Round 1: Aptitude written Test

Round 2: Technical Interview

Round 3: HR interview

Quantitative Ability:

Majority of Quantitative Ability questions are from the areas of

  • Number system
  • Time and distance
  • Time and work
  • Percentages
  • Simple and compound interest
  • Permutations and combinations
  • Probability
  • Geometry
  • Simplifications
  • Profit and loss
  • Ratio and proportion

In this section, 25 Questions to be answered in 35 minutes. Since it is a linear paper and approximately a minute for each question, it is recommended to complete the questions as fast as possible. We recommend having good amount of practice beforehand.

Reasoning:

  • Data Interpretation
  • Arrangement

In this section, 25 Questions to be answered in 35 minutes. Most of questions are from data interpretation. Since understanding reasoning type questions requires considerable time, prior practice will be of immense help.

Verbal:

Majority of Verbal Questions are from the areas of

  • Synonyms
  • Antonyms
  • Fill in the blanks
  • Vocabulary
  • Sentence Correction
  • Reading Comprehension

In this section, 25 Questions to be answered in 25 minutes. Since more reading is present and one minute per question, prior reading practice will help in clearing this section.

She says that the character traits a potential hire should have are:

Advice for new graduates:

Deloitte has an active presence at schools across the country and the best way to connect is to meet on campus.
