Aditi Technical Interview Process

In order to be eligible for the campus recruitment the student must be pursuing B.Tech / B.E / M.E / M.Tech with the cut off marks of 60%. The student should also have a valid GATE score.
The Placement process has 3 rounds.
• Written Test
• Group Discussion
• Technical and HR interview
The written test is divided in various sections. The various sections are verbal ability, quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and technical comprehension. The student should be very careful while answering the questions. The paper has negative marking. For each wrong answer half marks is deducted.
It has been observed that, in the last few years students are evaluated in the Group Discussion round. The students who clear the written test qualify for the group discussion. The students are given a topic for discussion. In order to clear the group discussion, the student must be alert and should have good communication skills.
After the group discussion, the qualifying students have to clear a technical round. The student can expect questions such as:
• Explain what is virtual class?
• What is Tree Transversal Algorithms
• What do you mean by pointer?
• Explain the difference between do loop and do-while loop?
The students, who clear the technical round, have to clear the last round. The last round is the HR round. In this round, the interviewer may ask the student his/her area of interest. The student is expected to introduce him/herself. The HR interviewer may ask the student’s his/her family background, goals, strength and weakness.
The interviewer may ask questions such as:
– What are the challenges you have faced?
– How will you overcome these challenges?
The students must be confident to answer such questions in the HR round to clear the interview.
